In forests of Chernigov Region, Ukraine, four farms have been found where Old Believers live. The villagers told that their forefathers had settled here in 18th century: they had tried to save themselves from Nicon religious reform which caused the split and from Peter the Great reforms. Nobody of the forest inhabitants receives pension, they have never had any administration, while dwellers of one of the farms even knew nothing about the Great Patriotic War. Though, the most curious fact in this story is that the hermits were found workers of Ukrainian Election Committee, who in the framework of Consulting Programme of Rural Population visit the most out-of-the-way places.
