An explosion took place on Tuesday at the car service station in the vicinity of the Government House in Moscow.
As the RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the place of the incident, the car service station is located some 300 metres from the Government House.
According to the preliminary data which RIA Novosti received from the rescuers who had arrived at the place of the explosion, petrol vapour blasted in one of the industrial premises.
The rescuers said that three workers were seriously burned and hospitalised.
Several minutes later after the incident, a helicopter of the Russian Emergencies Ministry landed on the place of the incident.
