Those guilty of today's disorders in the center of the capital must bear responsibility, including criminal one, said Alexei Volin, deputy head of the RF government staff.
Volin stressed that these hooligan manifestations connected with the fact that the Russian national team lost to the Japanese one 0:1 "have nothing to do with sports or sport fans." Volin thinks the authorities dealt with hooligans and criminals representing a threat to the lives and property of people.
"These events discredit millions of normal people who supported the Russian national team," Alexei Volin said.
Speaking on the air of the Echo of Moscow radio station, he also noted that the government will not come out against the broadcasting of World Cup matches on large screens in Moscow.
