Liberal Democratic Party of Russia to present legal prostitutes to St Petersburg

St Petersburg section of the Liberal Democratic Party, according to its chairman Yelena Babich, proposes to legalize prostitution in connection with 300-year anniversary of the city. This project will not only solve the problem of abrupt growth of venereal diseases the liberal democrats expect because of tourists’ influx in the days of celebration, but it should also seriously fill up the budget. To realize this idea, liberal-democrats will at first promote it in the press, afterwards they intend to fight for opening parlor houses at a “higher level.”
