A German man got a 3,000 euro telephone bill after a month of talks with wonderful stranger women. Instead of settling the bill, the man decided to accuse the cellular communication operator of immorality. The man brought an action against the cellular operator. His argument is: sex on the phone is immoral, thus, it can not be paid for. However, the Munich court does not share this viewpoint.
The court decision says, a contract for telephone services can not be taken up from a morality – immorality point of view. Moreover, it can hardly be considered moral to have long immoral telephone talks and refuse to settle the bill.
