Pskov policemen no more use lavatory

Workers of Internal Affairs Office of the junction Pskov have stopped using lavatory. The reason is that two lower stories of the building, where the office is situated, were handed over to social hotel for homeless people, while there is only one lavatory in the whole 3-story building. From hygiene reasons, the policemen stopped using the lavatory, because among the hotel’s guests, there could be people ill with tuberculosis, pediculosis, and scab. Now the policemen can neither satisfy their natural needs nor feel a teapot with water.
