Vladimir Putin has given instructions to the defense minister that the investigators of the general prosecutor's office and experts in forensic medicine must be the first to go on board the Kursk submarine. The head of state said this on Wednesday meeting Russian prosecutor-general Vladimir Ustinov, presidential press-secretary Alexei Gromov told RIA Novosti. For his part, Ustinov said that all preparations for work on board the submarine are over and the investigators of the general prosecutor's office will get down to work immediately, noted the press-secretary.
