Russian Orthodox Church Invites The Public To Stage A Dialogue On Society Arrangement In 21st Century

The Russian Orthodox church invited the public to initiate a dialogue on the structure of the society in the 21st century. Such a proposal was made by chairman of the department of foreign relations of the Moscow Patriarchy metropolitan Kirill in reply to questions from Internet users. According to him, "a serious conversation is needed on the issue of whether any civilization model can claim to become a monopoly." The Russian church hierarch believes that the September 11 explosions in the USA were "aimed against ideas of monopolar world." The "Foreign minister" of the Russian Orthodox church stated that "without any justification of terrorism one should make correct conclusions from the September 11 tragedy and understand why that happened."
