The Moscow Court of Arbitration has received the complaint from the TV-6 company about the actions of the bailiffs. As the press service of the court reported on Tuesday, the complaint has not yet been considered. The decision whether to consider it or not will be taken within the next few days.
As Moscow deputy chief bailiff Svetlana Kukushkina said earlier, the bailiffs' actions with regard to TV-6 had not violated the legislation in force. She pointed out that her subjects had only passed on to the sides the resolution on the coming into force of the decision of the Moscow Court of Arbitration to shut down the MNVK company. This decision was also sent to the Ministry of the Press, Television and Radio Broadcasting and Mass Communications. In accordance with this document the Press Ministry had to stop the MNVK broadcasting licence.
There were no other actions on the part of the bailiffs, said Kukushkina. She called "stupid" the statement that the bailiffs allegedly switched off the TV6 transmitter.
