International Festival of cooks "Golden Fork" to be held in Chelyabinsk (Urals)

The Second International Festival "Golden Fork" will be held in Chelyabinsk (Urals) on Sunday.

It was planned that cooks, sommeliers and restaurant critics from Spain, France, the South African Republic, Moscow and Saint Petersburg will participate in the Festival, the regional Economic Committee disclosed to the RIA Novosti correspondent.

The organisers of the festival are the Association of small and medium business entrepreneurs of the Chelyabinsk region and several regional commercial companies.

According to the organisers, the main aim of the project is to support the development of the public catering infrastructure, to encourage the desire for the higher standards of service and to develop small businesses in the Chelyabinsk region.
