Man steals extra-large toy from sex shop in Russia

A bizarre crime was committed today in a sex shop in the city of Volgodonsk, Russia. A male customer stole an extra-large, 37-cm long (14.5 inches) black dildo from the shop.

The customer took advantage of the moment, when a sales assistant turned away to show the customer some more items. The man used the moment to grab the sex toy and run away.

The sales assistant called the police, who lifted the perpetrator's fingerprints from the surface of the items  the man had touched, local news agency Bloknot-Volgodonsk said.

Two years ago, an armed man attacked a sex shop in Brazil. The perpetrator stole a gold plated vibrator worth 4,000 dollars, lenta.ru reported with reference to Correiro Braziliense.

A well-dressed young man walked into Erotica Luxo store, attacked the sales assistant, tied his hands and locked the man in a bathroom. The attacker stole the gold-plated vibrator, which he took from the shopwindow, and left.

The vibrator titled "Lelo de ouro" ("Golden Lelo"), produced by Swedish sex craftsmen, was the main pride of the store, which opened just two weeks before the robbery. The owner of the shop said that the man would not be able to use the sex toy, because he did not take the charger for the device.
