More than a hundred Great Patriotic War veterans who had participated in the historic parade in Red Square on November 7, 1941, took part in the festivities dedicated to the anniversary of this event.
Veterans laid wreaths and flowers to the grave of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin Wall and paraded in full dress in Red Square, accompanied by a military orchestra. There, they laid wreaths to Lenin's Mausoleum.
Soldiers from the Moscow Garrison also took part in the ceremonial parade.
