Jude Law's Baby Mum is Model Samantha Burke

American model Samantha Burke is the woman carrying Jude Law's fourth child, the actor's spokeswoman has confirmed.

In a statement, a lawyer for Ms Burke confirmed the 24-year-old had a relationship with the star and was pregnant with his child, BBC News reports.

Last night a source close to Jude Law also confirmed this information: "Samantha Burke is the mother-to-be. She and Jude had a brief relationship that ended amicably. Once the baby is born, Jude wants to visit Pensacola, in Florida, where she lives, each month. He wants to play an active part in his child's upbringing and be supportive of both his little girl and Samantha. Jude is delighted he's going to be a father again and hopes to play as much of a part in bringing her up as he has with his other children," Mirror.co.uk reports.

Before Burke was confirmed as Law's baby momma there were several rumors circulating that make-up artist Kayleen McAdams, the sister of Law's "Sherlock Holmes" co-star, Rachel McAdams, was the mom-to-be, stated radaronline.com.

Kayleen's camp was quick to quelch these rumors saying, "The story is completely false, She has never even met him."

Burke, who is seven months along, has created an online registry at Babies "R" Us where she mentions she is expecting a girl and will name her Sophia, stated the San Francisco Chronicle. Baby Sophia is due on October 6^th, CDInsight reports.
