YUKOS surges on MICEX exchange

YUKOS opened 19.59 percent higher on the MICEX exchange. It is trading at RUR131.3 (about USD4.52) on the Moscow Arbitration Court's decision, which was voiced late Friday. The Moscow Arbitration Court called the seizure of 100 percent in YUKOS' oil producing subsidiary Yuganskneftegaz not corresponding with Russian laws.
