Mikhail Fradkov, who was nominated for Russian Prime Minister by President Vladimir Putin, is going to conduct "active economic reforms in the country simultaneously with administrative reforms" if he is appointed to this position. Fradkov promised to use every possibility to achieve this goal. He made corresponding statements at his meeting with members of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) in the lower house of Russian parliament today.
Fradkov also noted that it was necessary to form a complex approach to investment and economic policies.
"I am open for cooperation and I have a great desire to improve the situation in the country," he declared.
