Mikhail Deliagin does not believe Berezovsky played any part in terrorist attack

'The terrorist attack on the Moscow underground yesterday will have no influence on the outcome of the presidential elections as nothing will affect the outcome of the elections,' President of the Institute for Globalization Problems Mikhail Deliagin told Rosbalt yesterday. In his opinion, the attack was 'not aimed at influencing the outcome of the elections although it was timed to coincide like this. It is an attempt to show the weakness of President Vladimir Putin, who has made the fight with terrorism his priority over the last four years,' Mr Deliagin believes.

'I do not think that it was organized by Boris Berezovsky or his adversaries. It is most likely that the attack was carried out by Chechen rebels,' he claimed.
