The settlement of the North Korean crisis will depend upon the USA's political will, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said at a press conference in Moscow.
"The international law has seen a lot of examples of how to settle such issues both on bilateral and on multilateral basis. At present, it depends above all upon the USA's political will," Igor Ivanov said.
"We will be ready to consider any option, which would promote non-nuclear status of the Korean Peninsula," the Russian Foreign Minister underlined.
"Yet we have received no proposals from the USA," Mr Ivanov said.
