A powerful explosion took place in the city of Mozdok (North Osetia, not far from Chechnya) at about 7:00 p.m. Moscow time. A yellow cloud of dust and smoke went up in the area of the military hospital near the railway station, RIA Novosti correspondent reported from the site of the incident. ER vehicles are coming to the occurrence location.
The information about the explosion is rather contradictory.
