Sibneft posts net profit for 2002
The net profit of Russia's oil company Sibneft, calculated in compliance with US GAAP, amounted to $1.161bn in 2002 against $1.305bn in 2001, the company announced at a press conference in Moscow today. The company's revenues surged 33.6 percent last year to $4.777bn and its EBIDTA reached $1.803bn, up 4.9 percent against 2001.
