Russia to increase oil exports in Q2, 2003
Russia will increase oil exports in the second quarter of 2003 by 1.3m tons to 30.5m tons, Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko told journalists today. He noted that this decision had been made at a meeting of the government commission for backbone pipelines and pipelines for oil products.
