Foreign legal entities are allowed to transfer foreign currency without restrictions, the Russian Central Bank reported in respect to the law on currency regulations and currency control that came into effect on March 15, 2003.
The law does not envisage a ban on transferring foreign currency by foreign legal entities to and from Russia, including foreign currency purchased on the domestic currency market, the Bank specified.
