Iraq: Australian Journalist Killed

Australian freelance cameraman Paul Moran was killed by a suicide bomber while working in Kurdish areas of Northern Iraq. Another journalist, Eric Campbell of the Australian ABC TV network was injured in the blast. A terrorist approached the men in a taxi filled with explosives when they were preparing to interview a group of local refugees.

A radical Islamic group Al-Ansar Al-Islam is the main suspect.
