LUKoil is interested in cooperation with Overseas Private Investment Corporation for organizing financial support to LUKoil’s investment projects. This collaboration will ensure development of business relations between The US annd Russia, improvement of investment climate in Russia and wide investment fiow to The Russian Federation from The USA. The first project is to be financial backing of building the terminal for fuel products’ transshipment in Vysotsk. This project will improve the system of delivering and storage significantly and will rise the volume of shipments to Europe and the USA. The financial backing is going to be implemented according to rules of project financing. It’s a mix of long term credits from OPIC and American banks and own investments of the company. ©
