The official exchange rate of the US dollar to the rouble, proclaimed by the Central Bank of Russia since July 16, amounts to 31.4948 roubles per dollar. In comparison with the previous figure, the exchange rate has lowered by 6.07 copecks.

The exchange rate of the Euro for July 16 amounts to 31.331 roubles per euro. In comparison with the previous mark, the exchange rate has grown by 19.2 copecks.
