A delegation from the Russian oil and gas information agency Neftegaz.RU is traveling to the Alberta Province to film oil and gas focused documentary series in the period from July 8th to July 14th of this year. The project is held under the patronage of the Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region (Russia) and also with the support of the Alberta Province Government (Canada).
The project plans to undertake documentaries regarding the Canadian oil and gas industry; energy issues; the G8 summit, and also the development of new technologies within the oil and gas sector. A special emphasis will be placed on the roles of the Alberta Province and the KhMA region in terms of each topic.
The Neftegaz.RU schedule includes interviews with representatives of the Alberta province government and corporate executives related to the oil extraction and environmental management sectors, meetings with CAPP (Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers), CEEIA (Canada Eurasia Energy Industrial Alliance) and with several press conferences and think–tanks. The project no doubt should be of great interest for all oil and gas companies that are working within Russia and Canada.
