Of the 52 people that were killed by the flood on the Stavropol territory, three still remain unidentified, reported Colonel of the Police Andrei Aleksa, the deputy head of the Chief Interior Office of the Stavropol territory.
According to his words, 17 of the territory's inhabitants are reported missing.
The Stavropol territory's death toll is the biggest among all the Russian areas that suffered a devastating flood last week.
In the meantime, Aleksa says no cases of plundering were registered in towns and villages that suffered from the flood.
All in all, the flood has claimed more than 70 lives. As for material damage, it is said to be so great that it has so far been impossible to estimate.
