State Duma to discuss bills on restructuring RAO UES

Today the Council of the State Duma approved the agenda of the June 27 plenary session. Deputies of the lower house of the Russian parliament will consider a number of bills concerning the restructuring of RAO UES on the first reading. In particular these are bills on electrical energy, on energy saving, on natural monopolies, on the state regulation of electrical and heating tariffs and some amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The State Duma will also discuss bills on counteracting extremism and on alternative civil service on the third reading. Moreover, some amendments to the Russian Criminal Code will be discussed on the first reading.
