Vladimir Putin appropriates money for reconstruction of orphanage in Orel region

Vladimir Putin has appropriated 4,6mln roubles (about $150,000) from the Russian Federation Presidential reserve fund for the accomplishment of the Volkhovsky orphanage reconstruction in the Orel region.

According to the presidential instructions shared with RIA Novosti by the Kremlin press-service, the President ordered the regional administration to supervise the purposeful spending of the allocated money and to submit a report on the purposeful spending of the means to the Presidential administration.
