RAO UES comments on conflict around Moscow energy utility

Attempts to file a criminal case against Arkady Yevstafyev, head of the Moscow energy grid Mosenergo, were provoked by those who are against the company's restructuring, the RAO UES department for public relations reported to RBC. According to the source, the situation around Mosenergo can be connected with financial interests of influential bodies, and the Mosenergo General Director is hampering their plans on the upcoming reforms.
