Vladimir Putin: it is necessary to neutralize sources that finance terrorism

An important task facing the Russian financial control authorities is to find and neutralize the sources that finance terrorism, said Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday as he opened the 5th Congress of the European Organization of Higher Financial Control Bodies in the Kremlin on Monday.

Putin pointed out positive tendencies in the development of the country's financial control bodies. He also said Russia was consistently developing a civilized economic infrastructure and thereby increasing transparency of its businesses.

All that has a positive effect on the country's business activity and increases investment attractiveness of Russian economy, believes the president.
