The bomb discovered at Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric plant considered not an accidental finding

The bomb discovered at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric plant on Tuesday was not an accidental finding, but a result of long and operative actions of law enforcement bodies, Secretary of the Krasnoyarsk region (East Siberia) Security Council Aleksander Lychkovsky expressed this opinion. The owner of the bomb as well as his accomplices were identified before the finding, Lychkovsky stressed. It was established in the course of the investigation, that the bomb was discovered in the afternoon on May 14th not in the engine room of the hydroelectric plant, but in one of the utility rooms, where the working outfit had been stored, Lychkovsky marked. Two detonators and several bullets for a pistol and a machine gun were found during the search in the flat of the bomb owner, who was arrested on Tuesday.
