Russia has not yet made any specific decisions on lifting off limitations on oil exports in the third quarter, Russian Energy Minister Igor Yusufov told journalists Monday. He reminded those present that the issue was planned to be considered in the second half of May. Speaking about the forthcoming meeting between Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and leaders of oil companies Yusufov said that both the government and the Energy Ministry are prepared to meet with oil companies, however, no specific decisions on oil exports have been made yet. The Russian side will lift off limitations provided that the price of oil at USD 20-25 per barrel is stable, he noted.
