Russia and Venezuela are getting ready to sign an agreement on bilateral cooperation in the fuel and energy sphere, Russian Energy Minister Igor Yusufov told journalists on Monday. The agreement envisages the introduction of Russian oil companies to the Venezuelan market, he said. According to the minister, Russia is eager to have its independent gas companies, including Gazprom, cooperating with the Venezuelan gas complex.
