Sixteen arrested persons have already been accused of complicity in the terrorist acts committed on March 24 in Mineralnye Vody and Yessentuki (resorts in the North Caucasus). Another six persons have been detained on the suspicion of complicity in the terrorist acts and 11 are wanted by police, said head of department of the Russian Prosecutor-General's office in the North Caucasus Vladimir Kravchenko. In Kravchenko's words, Russian Prosecutor-General Vladimir Ustinov controls investigation on this case.
