In the second quarter of 2000, Russian oil exports to foreign countries will total 32 million tons, not exceeding the volumes of the first quarter of this year, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko told the press Saturday. Khristenko noted that the remaining first-quarter residual oil stocks are considered to be oil companies' reserves and should be distributed on common grounds as oil produced in the second quarter.
