According to Russian Finance Minister Aleksei Kudrin, during his presumed meeting with US Vice-President Dick Cheney, it is planned to discuss the issue of Russia's entry into the world economy. Mr Kudrin is on his visit to Washington in order to participate in the spring session of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The sides will touch upon cooperation between Russia and the G-7 countries and its role in the financial Seven and the political Eight groups, he said. According to the programme, President's adviser Andrei Illarionov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Ivanov and Ambassador of Russia to the USA Yuri Ushakov will participate from the Russian side in the meeting slated to be held in the Monday morning.
