The Siberia Airlines held a special meeting of shareholders today. Representatives of the state, companies and individuals who own a total of 86.5 per cent in the company took part in it. The agenda of the meeting consisted of only one item - the reorganization of the company by taking up Vnukovo airlines, a Moscow based company. 99.22 per cent of shareholders supported this plan. In the event the take-over succeeds, the new reorganized company will be called Siberia and its office will still be located in the city of Ob in the Novosibirsk region of Russia. This process may take about a year, the department for advertisement and public relations of Siberia reported.
