At its regular session May 24, the Russian cabinet will consider the key parameters of the federal draft budget for 2002 and approve a programme of the interbudgetary relations reform for 2005, Vice-Premier Viktor Khristenko told a session of the working group for interbudgetary relations. According to him, the government is completing the implementation of the first stage of the reform of interbudgetary relations, which has been in place in the last three years. Khristenko said that by May 15, the working group will submit to the Cabinet its proposals and remarks concerning the programme of the second stage of the interbudgetary relations reform intended for the next three years, 2002 to 2005.
