Jack the Ripper discovered in Novosibirsk

Court hearings have started in the city of Novosibirsk, in Siberia, on the case of Viktor Fokin, a 65-yearold pensioner accused of killing 10 people. Women aged 26-50 were their victims whom he first raped and then killed, officials at the Procurator’s Office of the Novosibirsk Region assert. Alegedly, he would dismember the victims’ bodies and scatter the parts in the forest, according to RIA Novosti. The pensioner is also said to have been committing those crimes starting from 1996, his victims being either drunkards or prostitutes.
