The sides expressed concern over this problem, which has recently drawn broad public attention, and confirmed that its solution needed coordinated efforts. The meeting focused on the problem of streamlining the international legal base of cooperation between the European Union and Russia in combating illegal migration. The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Antoin Duken had been invited to Moscow by the Russian Interior Ministry.
