To all appearances, Istanbul crisis is settled. Chechen terrorists in Istanbul hotel surrendered and released the hostages. The hostage-takers have gave up after speaking to the Turkish interior minister, Interfax reports. None of the hostages was hurt, office of Russian presidential aide Sergei Yastrzhembsky announced on Monday. The four Russians who were among the hostages have already called the Russian consulate general in Istanbul and thanked them for their assistance in the release.
