Terrorists in Chechnya trying to coordinate criminal activities

The ringleaders of the Chechen bandit formations are trying to unite the separate groups of gunmen to carry out their criminal terrorist plans in Chechnya in spring and summer this year. Russia's regional operative staff for carrying out counter-terrorist operations reported that the ringleaders of the bandit formations and representatives of various terrorist groupings of the Chechen settlements of Argun, Meskera-Yurt, Oktyabrskoye, Novaya Zhizn, Kurchaloi, Mairtup, Bachi-Yurt and Alleroi held a meeting in the Oktyabrskoye village, Kurchaloi district of the Chechen Republic. According to the Russian operative staff, the terrorists met to discuss the coordination of actions against the federal forces which are maintaining the constitutional order in the Chechen Republic.
