The second attempt to break into Milosevic’s residence is cancelled

To all appearances, Slobodan Milosevic’s problem is settled. Evidently, Yugoslavian authorities decided to finish with all of this fuss over his arrest. News agencies have just announced, that a new preventive punishment will be used against him: house arrest. Obviously, the second storm of the ex-president’s residence is cancelled. And the police, blocked the residence, will not leave its place. As time goes by, the encirclement may turn into permanent police posts, police boxes may be set near the entrance to the residence.
