Chairman of the International Committee of the State Duma (the lower house of the Russian Parliament) Dmitry Rogozin supports the proposal of the Duma's addressing Saudi Arabia and Turkey in order to claim material damages and moral compensation of the passengers of the Russian airliner, hijacked by the Chechen terrorists. The State Duma Council has decided to discuss a draft address at the Lower House plenary meeting on March, 22. Dmitry Rogozin said in an interview with parliamentary correspondents that his Committee would do it's best to submit a draft address "as competent as possible", RIA Novosti reports. According to him, "the country, whose security forces allowed the terrorists on board, must bear responsibility for it".
