A crowd of Serbs in the Northern, Serbian part of the town of Kosovsk-Mitrovitsa blocked the road, passing though the residential area and attacked the police office of the UN civil mission. The protesters demanded to immediately release three Serbs, detained the day before. The demonstrators state that policemen broke all the furniture in the house of one of detainees and tied his wife. The policemen acted in the presence of 4-year-old child, who is in the state of shock now, Serbs say. UN police managed to cease the storm of the building. They used batons and noise grenades against the rivals. 11 Serbs were wounded. The protest action goes on. The demonstrators, crowded out of the building, are still blocking the road. A few police cars are set on the fire.
