The court of Hove, Sussex, has sentenced Vadim Bulgakov, 32, Russian sailor, to ten years in prison for rape. However, the suspect pleaded not guilty, only admitting to a sexual harassment of an Englishwoman aged fifty in the railway station of Sheerness, Kent, last August. The sailor was found guilty, and the court spoke against his pardon. According to RIA Novosti, the Russian Embassy consular department is au courant with the affair, and set to do everything necessary for the compatriot's consular support.
