Convicts seize hostages in Ukraine. The terrorists want to see representatives of Chechnya

Convicts of one of reformatories of Kherson region, Ukraine, seized hostages, Ukrainian news agencies announce. It was reported that 6 convicts had seized 2 hostages. Meeting with representatives of Chechnya in Ukraine is among the terrorists’ demands. Employees of law-enforcement agencies have been holding negotiations with the terrorists since morning, but without success. If they do not achieve a success, the building will be taken by storm, the representatives of law-enforcement agencies note.
