A civilian Mi-8 helicopter has crashed in Russia’s north-easternmost Chukotka peninsula, killing all six people onboard, preliminary reports say. The helicopter, belonging to the Chukotavia airline, is reported to have crashed 15 km northwest of the town of Enurmino at 10:48 a.m. Moscow time, the press service for the Emergency Situations Ministry told Interfax on Wednesday. The aircraft was en route from Neshkan to Enurmino carrying three crewmembers and three passengers.
