A medical check-up on Russia's First President Boris Yeltsin, who was brought to the Central Clinical Hospital on Tuesday with a preliminary diagnosis of flu, revealed that his heart is functioning normally, a medical source has repored. Yeltsin's Chief of Protocol Vladimir Shevchenko said earlier that Yeltsin had been hospitalized on Tuesday due to a high temperature, Interfax announces. The first Russian president will undergo an intensive course of treatment over the next few days, Shevchenko said.
