Russian PM ordered to prepare a concept of the land code

Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has instructed his deputies and key ministers to prepare a concept of the Land Code and to submit it to the government in early February. This instruction was given at a meeting on Monday. Cabinet members will hold consultations on the Land Code with Duma deputies, members of the State Council and businessmen in February, Kasyanov's spokeswoman Tatyana Razbash has told the press, Interfax reports. The government will present the draft to the State Duma by the end of February.
